Besides the average air conditioner in one’s own home, one can feel refreshed in other ways. Here are 15 ways for you to keep your cool!
1) Shop in an air conditioned store.
2) Take a short drive in your air conditioned car.
3) Take a dip in the pool, or kiddie pool.
4) Take a cold shower.
5) Eat some frozen diet soda pops/sugar free pudding pops.
6) Purchase a fan/water sprayer.
7) Purchase a personal air conditioner. (These are new devices that hang around your neck and give instant cool!)
Create an inexpensive water sprayer from a water bottle that sprays.
9) Use some ice packs.
10) Wet wash cloths with cold water and cover your legs, arms, and face. Sit in front of a fan and get instant relief.
